- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as feta or mozzarella)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add the olive oil and warm water, and knead the dough until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin disk.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place a dough disk in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Repeat with the remaining dough disks.
- Top the cooked pita bread with banana slices and shredded cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
