- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 150g haggis, cooked and crumbled
- 100g beef sausage, sliced
- 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 5-6 white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Top with haggis, beef sausage, yellow onion, avocado, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
- Brush the crust with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
