Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 150g haggis, cooked and crumbled
  • 100g beef sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 5-6 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Top with haggis, beef sausage, yellow onion, avocado, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  6. Brush the crust with olive oil for a golden finish.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
