Ingredients
- 250 g pizza dough
- 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100 g calamari, sliced
- 100 g mussels, cleaned
- 150 g fresh spinach leaves
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add shrimp, calamari, mussels, chili, and paprika. Cook until the seafood is just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread fresh spinach leaves evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Layer the cooked seafood mixture over the spinach.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
