Ingredients

  • 250 g pizza dough
  • 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100 g calamari, sliced
  • 100 g mussels, cleaned
  • 150 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add shrimp, calamari, mussels, chili, and paprika. Cook until the seafood is just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread fresh spinach leaves evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  6. Layer the cooked seafood mixture over the spinach.
  7. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
