Ingredients
- 24 escargots (snails), cleaned
- 100g butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 100g grated cheese (Gruyère or Parmesan)
- Salt, to taste

- 1 loaf of French baguette (for serving)
- 500g potatoes (for French fries)
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp paprika (optional, for fries)

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
